Appointed to Serve Christian Outreach Ministry was founded by Dr. Orenthia Woodson Henlon, Ph.D, MSW, MA, FCC, DVC.

Dr. O is an accomplished Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Educator, Child Welfare Consultant, Published Author, and Entrepreneur. 

Motivated by the needs of others around her Dr.O decided to put her skills into work and established ATS Christian Outreach Ministry.
